so much to do, so little time to get it all done....wait a minute....take a breath....remember to exhale....and....

ahhhhh.....that was scary for a minute....i hate when i get gripped in the throes of a virtually realistic and almost lifelike nightmare scenario....thank goodness i was able to recognize that today's little episode was merely nerves and excitement, and maybe a little too much of the chemical fumes in my office after mopping the floor last night (that after clearing the floor, cleaning the closet, the shelving and getting my desk back into functional and professional order....

sure, i may not be in the grips of a high earning, big budget day job at the moment, but i'll be damned if i can't lay my hands on any single color of paper clip you could ever hope for, without evening taking my eyes from the monitor here! oh, and that filing system....i miss my assistant....

and of course, in the midst of all this necessary evil, i.e. the pursuit and continuing search for gainful employment, or at least the continuing quest to rejoin the human masses considered functional and thus fully capable of living, loving, laughing and better yet, leaping across the pond to visit the old country on a whim when asked....

praise the heavens!!! finally a real snow storm....it's coming down fast and furious...like 3 weeks ago that was....

if you can afford to live in new york city, and you have to have a real house, this one seems just about idyllic in my book....snow and all!!!
